  1. I have a Sony TRV33 camcorder, which I've been told is one of the few camcorder that is capable of capturing true 16x9. I've captured home video in 16x9 but when I use screenblaster live to capture and later burn to dvd(mpeg2), it shows up on my 16x9 tv as 4:3. I went into the screenblaster live settings and even changed it to 16x9, but after capturing it from camcorder it returns as 4:3. Any suggestions? Thank You.

  2. You must set it to 16:9 when encoding it to DVD compatible MPEG2, what you do during capturing is not important. I dont have 16:9 camera, so cant try it with real 16:9 DV files. Anyway, in CCE settings i click Video, from the aspect ratio dropdownlist i select DAR 16:9 and it will play as 16:9 on the TV when burned to DVD.
