SECAM is an analog TV broadcasting standard, it doesn't have any digital version. All SECAM countries use PAL digital devices like DVD players etc. and most TV receivers there have built-in PAL color decoders since VHS era.

In the digital world, there is no PAL/SECAM/NTSC. There are framesize and framerate differences.
PAL / SECAM are identical on framesize / framerate. For DVDs are the same.
