  1. hello good afternoon, I am extrallendo a chapter of a dvd, it is a concert of mj, my doubt is, when playing it in MPC-HC the concert is seen at 60fps, but when going to the information of the file in mediainfo it gives me frame rate : 29fps, how can I extract it in mp4 at 60fps? or mkv at 60fps? Thank you

Not possible. Your video on the dvd can not be 60 fps. But instead of f = 'frames' MPC-HC reports f = 'fields' ?

  3. Your DVD contains interlaced video at 29.97 frames per second. Each frame of interlaced video contains two separate half-images, called "fields", intended to be viewed separately, and sequentially, at 60 "fields" per second. That is what MPCHC is showing. If you "extracted" the original MPEG 2 video intact it is still interlaced and should be played back at 60 fields per second. If you converted it to something else you may have deinterlaced to 29.97 fps.
