I have performed a clean up of an old movie
the problem was my computer was not fast enough to process the sound with the video and keep in sync even the monito was out
so I stripped the sound from the original
    them processed the movie ,
the result was great removed the noise and sharpened the picture
But the problem the picture finish up about 30 minutes longer than the original sound track

so what can I do to resize the picture ??

I have never done this before

always the sound stayed in sync but the new program I used caused this problem with my computer

Did the framerate change between the source and the new encoded video?

    I did not check
is there any way this can be rectified
any software program that can either shrink the video back to expand the sound

  4. Maybe some hints would help. What are the properties of the source? What codecs? Constant frame rate? Variable frame rate? Audio codec? What software did you use? What settings did you use. What are the properties of the new video files?

that's the problem vidualdub then added neat video
neat took over that's the problem it did not show that they used
this is nuts it changed so much
    960*540
    data rate 5999
    total 6109
audio changed from 29 back to 25 and rate109

I just might have to re do this again from scratch but fingers cross I can get this picture quality again its really good
