I was wondering if I am even in the right place. I am needing a nice piece of software that is fast and easy and does some neat things for making a photo dvd music video? I don't want to spend an arm and a leg.

  2. Have you taken a look at any links produced from a Google search on "make photo dvd music free"?

    Lots of freeware options.

My problem with just looking at products is that I don't know how they actually work. I like to talk to actual people that have used the product if that is possible. But to answer your question, yes, many hours.

DVD Slideshow GUI is well supported here by it's author and worth a look.

Microsoft's Photostory is surprisingly good, but let down by it's output options - only WMV. Get the high quality templates from Papa John's website and you can get some great results.

I've used Photostory a few times and it does have a DVD output option.
    Have a good one,
