  1. I have some .mp4 files that I would like to batch convert with MKVToolNix. I was wondering if there is a way to batch convert multiple .mp4 files and set one of the languages from a list of subtitles to be forced enabled as well?

Read mkvmerge.html in the included doc

    I use this simple solution:
    https://www.upload.ee/files/14453660/mkvtoolnix_batch.zip.html

When I want to edit MP4/MVK in series of files, for example 20 MKV's I first open one in mkvtoolnix edit everythink I need and same preferences as options.json in folder where I have source MKV files. Then run .BAT file (you edit your output path) and that's it.

But for me too much "mouse clicking".
It is much easier with .BAT if you process a batch of similar files MP4/MKV.

If author later add some "speed-up setting" to context menu it will be much faster to work with, like in https://www.videohelp.com/software/gMKVExtractGUI
