    Have grabbed a frame from Studio 9 running XP SP3 and saved to usb drive as JPEG but cannot open on another Notebook running W 7 32 bit. Any advice appreciated thanks

    Can you copy it to the hdd?

    Try on another computer.

    Able to save to USB stick on computer 1 but unable to open on another computer to add to disc compilation.
