I understand that Matroska provides this standard for implementing cover art in MKV files, but in a practical sense, will it actually show up anywhere? It doesn't show up in Windows 10 or MacOS Monterrey. Yes, I understand an enthusiast can install Icaros to force Windows to view it, but if I'm distributing a short film in that format, will the average person see it anywhere at all? Is there something I'm not thinking of here?
