The thing that you are asking is almost specifically isobuster's main function.
here's a link to the FAQ about this subject.
Also, DO NOT bump your topic after 4 minutes! Give people time to respond. If it's that urgent, go out and pay for some help and you'll get quicker results. -

The protection isn't perfect. It sometimes doesn't work on the high class VCD/DVD players. But works fine (as far as I have tested) on cheaper players. The main idea behind the copy protection is very simple.
-----------------------------------
The main idea is to :
- add one dummy track (can be video) to the end of the compilation
- cut the Lead-out time to 1/4 or 1/8 of the total movie len.
This method really works!
i worked by this method but
It sometimes doesn't work on the high class VCD/DVD players.
and play movie file into time locked for example 20 m ....
isobuster is powerfull software.

No need to scream.
As hech54 said, you are seeking to do what the major studios, with their considerable resources, have been unable to do. That means that the likelihood of success is close enough to zero for you that it may be treated as equal to zero.
The method that was described in the other site is about as good as it gets. If that isn't good enough for you, then so be it.
Sorry, but reality is what it is. -
You're not going to find a way to protect your (IMO, probably pirated) discs, especially VCD. It's all about breaking such things here.

Here's the thing: this kind of protection (if you call it that) and other similar ones have a major flaw...
If you make the protection so strong that it'll stop programs like ISOBUSTER, it'll also be so strong as to begin defeating actual legitimate playback. I'm sure that even though you don't want your customers (haha) to copy your material, you probably DO want them to be able to view it. Otherwise, why go to the trouble of making & distributing something at all? At that point, it's make and keep private at home, or don't ever make.
Once you pull back from the precipice, you've already opened yourself up to all the usually copying methods (and then some).
BTW, I know how to copy this kind of disc (and fix it in the process), but don't want to start another round of attempts to make something else "unbeatable", so I won't explain now. (Those of you who REALLY need to get around this, give me a thorough rational explanation in a PM to me, and I'll divulge).
On another tack, you know, this is 2009. Even I don't make VCDs anymore--move on to DVD or BluRay.
I'd guess that can be had in IRAN as well as here in the US (although $$$ ??).
