    Check under your system:extentions folder and make sure the following extentions are there.

    Toast CD Reader
    ToastVideoCDSupport.component <-- This one must be there!
    Toast USB Support C
    Toast USB Support B
    Toast USB Support
    Toast FireWire Support

    If all of those are not there then you'll need to reinstall Toast.

    i have all these! what is going on? this is frustrating me thank you very much for the help though, i appreciate it. what do u suggest? should i reinstall it anyways?

    If I were you I would. It's obvious that something isn't working as it should with it, so reinstall Toast and reset and see if the option appears.
