I had the bad idea to encode some videos with Handbrake nightly build which as I understand has(had) a but on 5.1 audio conversion. Basically it converted into 3.1 and 2 channels are mute.
I have a 5.1 audio system on my computer but I don't see anything in Windows10 that tells me what levels of audio each speaker is playing.
Is there any freeware software that can tell me the audio level on each channel while a media file?
Thanks
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Play in MPC-HC with LAV Filters. "Play"->"Filters"->"LAV Audio"->"Status"
Or open in Audacity.
Or try ffmpeg for a complete check:
