Today I tried doing something I had never done: converting wav files to flac. And I'm getting error.
This the error I get.
I wonder if it's not a problem with Windows 10 or its latest update.
Any hints?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

The error message says:
Not enough space or not enough rights to write onto the target location -
Enough space is not true, but I had tried that same SSD (which is not C) and disk C, with same results.
Now I tried with disk J, and the conversion went through.
So how do I do, the Administrator, do get all my administrator's rights, which seems to be what is happening?
That is something that sporadically has happened in the past and I never learned to solve it properly.
Thanks, BTW... -

I believe is advised to have access rights for all your HDDs, except c:
Right? -
Why would a GUI flac front-end need Admin rights? That doesn't make sense
I ran the compatibility troubleshooter; it fixed the problem, program starts with a double click and works properly nowLast edited by davexnet; 20th Dec 2021 at 18:28.

Well, if I get access rights on all my HDDs, I won't need Admin rights anymore.

From my tests, not even running the Flac program as administrator allows it to work.
Good advice on how to proceed on this is very much welcome.
