$100 for a USB ATSC TV Tuner

I'm looking to get an ATSC TV Tuner. I want to use it with an OTA HDTV Antenna. If it can pickup QAM signals as well that's a plus. I only have $100 to spend...unless someone thinks I should spend more. What should I get? There are so many options

Best to check for satisfied MCE users in the MCE forums. Never assume anything. These tuners are all new.

Plus don't expect QAM capability, look for successful experiences. QAM isn't supported by MCE yet anyway. You need to test with separate software like BeyondTV. Also, local QAM conditions vary by the local cable company.
