  1. i played the HDTV movies ,but no sound, AC3 is fine
    where can i find DTS encoder for media center ? Somebody help me

  4. yes ,i played the hdtv movies via xbox360, but DTS no sound and my pc's meida center no sound , media player works fine~~~

    You need a software player that supports DTS or has a DTS decoder. MPC also has a DTS decoder.

  7. I have not tried playing a movie yet with DTS through MCE, but the Nvidia purevideo decoder passes the audio directly to your reciever for decoding (through a spdif)...so I don't see why that wouldn't work.

    I have powerdvd decoder installed on my MCE machine, passes audio to receiver through optical out, DTS works fine as does everything else.
