    looking for a app that will convert a xvid to mp4 for the psp

    and it would be nice if i can use these options so that the mp4 file has cbr audio and cbr video
    afther the conversetion

    VIDEO: CBR technique must be used.
    AUDIO: CBR technique must be used.

    been looking around for shuch a app butt no luck so far so i hope some one here can help me out

    Super video converter will do it IIRC.
    Even has a preset PS2 settings you can modify.

    reboot meant PSP, not PS2.

    In the first dropdown (top left side of the window: "1. Select the Output Container"), select "Sony - PSP". Then, you can pick the settings you want.
    If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
