I have some ASF and WMV files that i want to convert to MPEG-2.
I'm trying for 2 days with different variations but i can't get ffmpeg to work.
    Anyone knows how?

  2. I used MS movie maker to transfer the file to AVI/DV format
first. Then, I can use many programs to further process the file.

With Flip4Mac for QuickTime installed, and Decode with QuickTime activated, ffmpegX should be able to convert many more files from the ASF/WMV family.
