    Does anyone have any namebrand dv tape recommendation for GL2? I'm currently using Maxell from Sam's Club 6 tapes for under $23. it's doing just OK. Just looking for something better.

    Do not switch brands. The chemicals from different brands can cause the heads to stick. If the tape is doing good I would definately not switch. Digital is digital and it is not going to get any better but could get worse. And Definately dont use the sony low end tapes. They SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
