I need to crop and decrease bitrate of video in HDR. Do I need some special commands in ffmpeg, or just set filter for crop, and parameters for bitrate and 10bit pixels?

  2. If your video is HDR10 (not HDR10+ or DolbyVision) you can crop&co you just need to make sure to properly set all the HDR related signaling to match the characteristics of your input.
    see: https://codecalamity.com/encoding-uhd-4k-hdr10-videos-with-ffmpeg/
Note that when using HDR10+ the extracted dynamic meta data needs to be adjusted (no clue how) when you change resolution (resize/crop) or change the length of the video (trim, speed change,...).

I just finished my first HDR in 29.5hrs It looking very well, I cropped black lines (-82px) too, but probably I used to high bitrate 15mbps, it reduced size by 30GB, but still is very huge, 25GB. Thanks @Selur!
