What would you use to erase a BD-RE disc? It looks like Imgburn might do it. Does Blu Ray erase work with Imgburn

  3. Use imgburn to re-write to. When it attempts to write, it will ask you to erase first.

  4. You don't have to erase BD-RE at all, they support direct overwrite.

ImgBurn's full erase (format) will make the drive perform its own erase on the media - with or without certification - and with or without spare areas (options can be configured in the settings). It'll then finish the job off properly by optionally zeroing all the sectors on the disc - something the drive's internal erase/format doesn't seem to do.
