    Lately, I am trying to copy some video content from CD.. but it just copy and stated after a few minutes stating that invalid dos function.

    I try to use TMPG and its even worst, i can't even START

    is there new protection of VCD?

    no. have you tried isobuster or vcdeasy or vcdgear ?

    Maybe the data is corrupted or something happened to the CD. Use DVDInfoPro to check if the whole data is readable.

    I use ISO buster.. it works... in another way.. but it works...

    definately protection from the disc.... i think they deliberately leave error so comp will pick up and unable to copy.

    but with iso, it help.
