  1. I normally backup my DVD's to my hard drive using MakeMKV before using Handbrake.
But I've got a problem with the latest DVD I'm trying to rip, MakeMKV isn't seeing them as complete titles, they're kinda all over the place, only 19 minutes long when they should be 24.

Are there any alternatives to MakeMKV?

  6. Info in case http://makemkv.com/ is down.
I had problem to open http://makemkv.com/ and the thread with the working key: http://www.makemkv.com/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1053 yesterday too, but I found this link with up-to-date key: https://launchpad.net/~heyarje/+archive/ubuntu/makemkv-beta .

The MakeMKV website is up and running now. I just downloaded and installed the latest version of MakeMKV and obtained the key from http://www.makemkv.com/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1053
