although I didn't check your link, iirc the subtitles for this site are closed caption text streams (EIA-608/EIA-708) included with the video track.

so the entire video track would need to be downloaded, and then probably decrypted, and then the text streams could be extracted with something like CCExtractor.

probably not practical. perhaps they provide the subtitles standalone on another supported platform other than the browser, but probably not.

blimey how is it supposed to extract the sub chain 608 if the video is still encrypted, I tried and it did not work

I just downloaded a video with nidaloa apparently encrypted and there is no way to get the subtitles
