private codec length megui

i have a problem with video encoded with megui, i have to encode some video separately and then add some of them with mkvmerge.i encoded them with the same setting, but if i encoded with ABR, CQ... so 1 pass, i merge them without problem, if i set automated 2pass or 1pass and then the 2pass, when i try to merge them mkvmergegui tell me: The codec's private data does not match （lengths: 42 and 42）and the player stop it at the conjunction of the video
with only 1 pass encoding there is no problem, how can i encode it in 2 pass and merge then.
ps i verified with avinaptic and the data are the same.

You need to add --stitchable to the x264 commandline

If you are encoding all segments, it's better to join them in an avs script instead

thanks it works, but i must downloaded newer version of x264 i found r2358.i solve in another way without add --stitchable option with version r2216.
wich verision si better to use? newer ol oldest?
