Hi all,
I have around 600 images, all i want to do is create a stop motion AVI from them. I simply load the first image, set frame rate to 3FPS yes slow i know. I then save as AVI it works but it jitters like mad. So for a few seconds its all at 3 frames then it seems to switch to 10 judder go back to 3 FPS and is not smooth at all. What am i doing wrong, im using the XVID codec under compression. Any advice welcome, again this is just to get a simple AVI that sets each image at a smooth set rate and not jump around!
Thank you in advance.

It sounds like you are doing everything right. Did you set the frame rate in the Source Rate Adjustment portion of the Video Frame Rate Control dialog?
Open your final video in VirtualDub and step through frame by frame. Do you see duplicates? Big jumps in motion (missing frames)?
If you need further analysis post a short sample that shows the problem.
