  1. I have very many xxxx.mt2s video files where the audio in them is AC3 (Dolby Digital). I'd like to convert the audio in those files into uncompressed wav. The video portion may stay as it is, or may be transcoded, if it is mandatory in order to transcode the audio.
What tool(s) can do it and what's the procedure?

Try ffmpeg or a gui for it like FFQueue.

See https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/369701-What-program-can-batch-convert-JUST-audio-of...=1#post2369708 . And instead of aac audio use wav/pcm audio and output as ts or mkv.

    Did it work with m2ts?

  5. Yes, it works with mt2s, however the preset in the link you posted above is for AAC audio, while I need wav audio. I'll post a question in that thread.

  6. Oops, I just noticed that the files suffix is xxxx.ts. It works with those files.
