DVDFab just hangs on startup

I just got my WIN 7 PC up and running, loaded the latest DVDFab software . When I try running it, it looks like it's going out to the internet and then just hangs up. Has anyone experienced this ??

I'm not a DVDFab user myself, other than for testing purposes, so I'm not certain how these developments affect the function of the program.

check your antivirus software / firewall to make sure that it is not blocking dvdfab

DVDFab website is currently down, and DVDFab working team will continue updating the software and provide services. Currently everthing is normal at http://dvdfab.jp/
