  1. I'm capturing TV shows off my VCR, it seems that the letter "S" as in Said, Some, etc. seems to peak and thus resulting in non-pefect audio, liveable, but not perfect.

I was wondering if anyone has figured a way to fix this.

Normalize then drop the volume down a bit???

    Thanks,
    Troy

Volume too high, you need to lower the input volume. (This is while you capture).

If it doesn't improve as you lower your input volume (line in, usually), then it may be your VCR has audio coming out of it way too "hot"... and unless your VCR has a volume control...

Once you've recorded distorted audio, really no good way to fix, when the audio is too loud, distorted, or "hot". You have to fix this before you capture.
