No sound in AutoGK output file

I wanted to sync up some subs with an .avi file and was able to do that using AutoGK, but the outputted video doesn't have any sound. What can I do so that the outputted file has the same sound as the input file?

You can extract the original audio and mux it yourself into the final AVI. It probably has some weird sample rate that AutoGK doesn't support. You can post a GSpot or MediaInfo information pic if you like. Or give the full details on the audio.
