    Is there any way to bitstream Dolby Atmos in Pot?

    Atmos works great w crappy Win Media Player, but not in PotPlayer.

    Do you hear something and it sounds bad, or audio isn't played?
    Maybe you can change your audio renderer. In audio - audio renderer. Also you can change your audio output, and output speakers. These changes are easy but probably will have not any impact. If it sounds bad, you can also disabled Normalizer in Audio processing (Shift+N) which is on by default.
    In preference (F5) filter control you can use different Audio decoder instead of suggested (build in) or you can install external filter and register it here. But it is not suggested as it can lead to trouble with potplayer lately. So measure twice.
    But I really not sure if you hear something or not.

    I do hear everything but I just wanted to enable direct bitstreaming from Pot to AV receiver. I just don't want Pot to decode anything and to let receiver do its job.

    I've managed to enable it somehow by
    Set Built-in audio Decoder --> Pass thru SPDIF, HDMI --> Enable --> All set to Default SPDIF Muxers

    Now it picks and sends Atmos and rest of good stuff to receiver, but.. I'm little confused why then Audio onfo shows 6 to 2 channels downgrade..

    [Audio Information]
    Codec: Dolby AC3(0x2000) - AC3 S/PDIF
    Sample rate: 48000 -> 48000 samples/sec
    Bits per sample: 0 -> 16 bits/sample
    Channels: 6 -> 2 channels

    O.k. at least something. How do you have setup speekers? Try set them to same as input in audio processing settings.
    The main disadvantage of Potplayer is his high customize, so be patient. Or also you can try other Muxer and also in Audio output mode S/PDIF after AC3 re-encoding. Don't know if second option can help but you can try it.

    Alright so as far as I understand, channel quantity has nothing to do with bitstreaming. So its normal and configured properly this way.

    Maybe it will help somebody later.

  6. Having the same issue. This ever get resolved? used to work with potplayer. I have all setting as default other than bitstream on for all and 7.1 as my speaker setup since I have that many zones. I also only get 5.1 going to receiver even though audio input levels so 7.1. file is an atmos only soundtrack no additional. I also use pass through after AC3 encoding as that is what worked prior and others had used. worked 15 days ago and no change that I know of
