    hi, what tool i can use to convert from m2ts or mkv ( 25G) to m2v ?

    Try tsmuxer to demux a m2ts.

    I'm not sure what tools demux mkv.

    tsmuxer only demux to mts, ts
    but i want to convert to m2v
    cause if i use tmpgenc Express to convert from m2ts or mkv ( from MakeMkv ) to mpeg2 or m2v the audio always not synch

    m2v is a video elementary stream, and does not contain audio.

    What are you trying to do with the video ? Create a DVD ?

    Use AVStoDVD. Choose elementary streams as the output type. It will re-encode to spec compliant streams ready for authoring in DLP
