Is it possible to swap RL to LR in SBS with XMedia Recode?

As the title says,

I've found some videos that have the first eye (Left) swapped to the second eye (Right) and the 3D effect is wrong and atrocious. Using a Gear VR I don't have the possibility to flip the glasses, so a simple RL to LR switch would be neat. Or maybe that possibility exists already?

EDIT: there's this paid program called Pavtube HD Video Converter which supports SBS or OU swap, for reference.

Are you referring to MKVs by any chance? Maybe it'd simply be a matter of changing the stereoscopy info with MKVToolNixGUI and remuxing, assuming the player isn't married to left or right being first and will follow what's written to the MKV.
