How do I rotate a movie 180 in Magix Movie Edit

Two of a few .mov clips I shot on my ipod touch are upside down and one is sideways when I try to edit in Magix Movie Edit Pro 17. They play correctly in Quicktime and VLC. When I try to convert in VLC to see if that turns them right side up for edit it crashes the program. I have tried converting to other formats such as wmv but that file runs upside down in WMP and VLC.

Anyone know of a way to set the orientation in Magix or know of a program that will convert the clips to the proper orientation?

Well .... I figured it out. Convert clip to wmp then open that clip in Windows live movie maker, flip it and and save. Damn I hate it when with using MS stuff is the fix.
