  1. Hi,

I have recently started using Movavi Editor. I am not sure I understand the "Export / Save as" Quality setting. There are 3 options: Good, High & Highest.
I have 1080P video 15 seconds footage to withch I added some background music. And I have exported the video using Good setting and using Highest setting.
The file size in Highest setting is 8! times bigger: 18 MB vs 140 MB and I see absolutely NO difference in quality.
I even made screenshot of the same frame 10 times - zoomed them in, and I see no difference whatsoever.
Can anyone explain to me why there is such settings exist at all? Who would want to create files 8 times bigger with zero quality difference?

    Thanks.

  3. The difference in file size is not surprising, but the lack of discernable difference in visual quality is.

I don't know if ffpmeg is the underpinning of movavi, but there is a tradeoff between file size and "quality" in ffmpeg.
