I really like Super, but I want to be able to do what Super does (convert FLV to AVI, MP4, MPG, MP3, etc.) on my MacBook. Any suggestions?

MPEG Streamclip also does a ton of conversions (and has a much nicer GUI). It's not as complete a toolset as ffmpegX but it should be in your toolbox.

I use both MPEG Streamclip and FFmpegX, but I also recommend VisualHub. Not free, but worth the price.
