    Hello everyone

Today i tried to shrink a large BluRay to BD25
I have done many of these over the last few weeks with no issues at all.
Only difference today was this BD was 55GB where as the others which worked were 40+ GB

Anyways the problem today was it completed the work but the output was only 6.5GB (Tried it 3 times and it completed fast too)

The disk i was trying to do was a 3D version if that is any help

I checked all settings and nothing has changed (Output set to BD25)

Any ideas what the problem could be

Thanks in advance for any help

  4. If you're seeing 55 GB, it's possible the problem is new protection, so first thing to do is to update your decrypter. Of course no disc is actually going to be 55 GB. AFAIK, BDRB should be able to handle the 2D portion alright regardless of whether the disc is 3D or not. I was able to do the DREDD BD and there's only one version of it. The 2D view is the left view only.

  6. Have you tried movie-only? That should work regardless. If not, Clown_BD will extract 2D main movie from any 3D disc reliably. And I presume you're doing a 2D backup, because re-encoding a 3D disc just ain't happening (see aedipuss' link above).

[EDIT] Oh, and welcome to the forum.
