    Hi everyone.
    Would someone please help me?
I downloaded a film from Sony Crackle. Internet Download Manager told me the movie was in 2 separate files: Audio and Video. I downloaded both. The video stream is encoded in AVC (High@L4.1), and the audio is in AAC LC.
For the life of me, I can't get either file to play!!!
I've been installing codecs and then trying different programs to play them. I was sure that if I followed the advice on this site: http://fastesttube.kwizzu.com/construct.html to merge the two files on VLC Media Player it would work, but it didn't. In fact, when I send either of those files - the audio or the video - to play, no program succeeds in getting them to play. I've tried QuickTime, Any Player, Windows Media Player, Real Player, and others.
Does anyone have any advice please?
    Thank you!

Never mind. I realize now that it must be encrypted, so I'll never get it to play... The video stream buffers so much - 10 second pauses occur every minute - that even though I'm using ExpressVPN to surf from Washington, DC (I live outside the USA), it's unpleasant to watch their videos as a stream.
