I noticed for the first time this morning that ImgBurn hasn't had an update since 2013(!?).
While it definitely still works and does what it's supposed to, it's been nearly 10 years.
Hardware and software have changed since then.

Is there anything newer or better out there that I should be using as a replacement?

As long as the operating system (Windows) and the firmware of the optical disc recorders keep following the current industrial standards,
    ImgBurn will keep working properly.

FWIW, Prassi ONES is even older than ImgBurn and it still runs fine on my Windows 8.1 machine...

Given how DVD burning has changed in a decade, why should the software?

  4. ImgBurn doesn't support multisession discs as most of the recent apps do. However, as this is basically for Data storage, of which there
are much better options today, I doubt anyone would miss it.
