Specified file contains no video data

Hello

I'm trying to convert a video file using AVS Video Converter but i get the following pop up below. I can convert the same video file with other converters. However i would like know why this is happening with AVS and is there a fix solution...Thanks

Seams to be a problem with the filename (maybe spaces).
Try to rename the file.

I had tried what you said, no good. It has to be something with the AVS software me thinks as i tried the same file with AVS Video Editor. I cannot understand why i have no issue with this file using other converters.....Thanks

I see this occasionally when a source filter in AviSynth has problems with the video. Using a different source filter usually works. Or remuxing the video.
