    What is the easiest free software editor to cut and edit avi videos?
    I have a video that is 2 minutes long. I want to cut it so it starts the video at approximately 30 seconds in and stop the video at 1.5 minutes after so total of 1 minute in between the total 2 minutes. Is there something easy to use to edit and cut and save?

    ffmpeg -ss 00:30 -i "input.avi" -map 0 -c copy -t 01:00 "output.avi"

    If you need something graphical try VirtualDub or AviDemux.
