I am testing a third party web video script and I'd like to test uploading some different sized videos: 720, 1080, 2048 and 4096 ( I already have 240, 480 & 360). But, I'm not sure how to determine those sizes and don't know where to get some test videos. Any help in locating some, is appreciated (or if you like to provide one/some).
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Search for videos of the desired resolutions on YouTube and google
-
You can use higher resolution video and downscale this higher resolution to lower resolution. Your source can be 8k, 6k etc.
For example my first shot goes to: https://www.red.com/sample-r3d-files
