I have just dubbed VHS to DVD-R and now want to Edit. The files are in .VOB and are only non sound. I would like to edit them, add chapters and add music. Is there a good, "easy" program that anyone would reccommend.
Thanks.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

You need to start a new topic if you aren't addressing the original posters topic. I will split this off to a new thread.
But, there are several ways to do what you want. I usually extract the MPEG file from the VOBs and then use a MPEG editor. There you would do your editing and then add your sound track. Chapters are part of authoring, and that's the next step.
If you just want to do simple cuts and pastes, MPEG StreamClip or Mpeg2Cut2 are freeware. Payware, there are a lot. VideoReDo is popular or MPEG-VCR. For authoring and adding chapters, menus, etc., try the freeware GUI for DVDAuthor.
And welcome to our forums.
