    i have a panasonic a100 and i've watched a vcd on it before i tried to used a cdr and it didn't work so i looked my dvd up and it says use memorex cdr-w's so i went and got some today and i'm still getting the same problem.no disk!!
    am i doing something wrong did i get the wrong memorex disk?

    The VCD which you are tring to view may not be whitebook standard. At the left of the site, under the VCD section you will see the specs. You may want to re-encode the MPG and reburn to the Memorex CDR-W. Then try again, The only thing you have to lose is a few hours since the disc is rewritable. No coaster. Sweet!
