  1. There is Tsmuxer thread in "Video Conversion" area ( https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/365806-Tsmuxer ).

But not conversion is my problem, rather I wouldlike avoid any conversion, like in Boilsoft video splitter, only edit/repair existing video ( exactly streams audio/video in container ) without any encoding - i mean audio time shifting as has declare tsmuxer: "...Ability to shift a sound tracks..."...

What does tsmuxer when I change 1) and press 2) ? Remember of 3)! No any format changes.

  2. Video and audio in a file don't have to start playing at the same time. The audio delay setting indicates the audio should start playing after (or with a negative delay, before) the video.

The error simply indicates there's something in your source file that TsMuxer was unable to deal with. Most likely some sort of data corruption.

Why, do you think, I want to use tsmuxer? - I remind you, the application declares "...Ability to shift a sound tracks..." .... and therefore wants to use it!

But this consider the second question, what about the first one? How does it code? Maybe the manufacturer could answer.
