Stream or view brightcove videos

I am just wondering how to get or at least view the video. I am trying to download the video with...However, this WON'T work. I have also tried several other different methods, but that won't help either.

However when I tried downloading it with. It sent back the error message as a response. Here is the message

ERROR: [] The policy key provided does not permit this account or video, or the requested resource is inactive.

I checked the network and found out this

error_code: "INVALID_POLICY_KEY"
message: "Request policy key is missing or invalid"

It is a FREE VIDEO by the way and no copyright infringement.
