    Hi - I'm not sure if this is the correct thread.

    I'm trying to capture from my ps4 onto my Mac, I have installed the software (I have Elgato game capture HD version only) and in the game capture screen on my Mac I can see the gameplay for my ps4, I can the Macs's inbuilt webcam, however when I record it, the webcam isn't within the recorded video.

    I'm sure I'm missing something silly here , do I need an independent webcam ?

    Reading the Elgato website, comparing the Elgato Game Capture HD, HD60, and HD60S,
    https://www.elgato.com/sites/default/files/EN_Game_Capture_HD_Datasheet.pdf
    https://www.elgato.com/sites/default/files/EN_Game_Capture_HD_60_Datasheet.pdf
    https://www.elgato.com/sites/default/files/EN_Game_Capture_HD_60_S_Datasheet.pdf
    only HD60, and HD60S mention “Stream Command: add webcam and overlays”; not so for base HD version.
