This is just a simple question to save myself time in trial and error. I am using TMPGEnc to encode high quality Avi's to MPEG's, during the wizard the Average video bitrate is automatically set to 3000kbits/sec. By increasing the bitrate to 4-5000, will I see any significant increase in video quality when viewed on a TV to justify the extra 2hrs encoding and the space taken up on the DVD??
