I did some settings as the following picture shows,,,the thing I want to point is that I set the Audio Bitrate to 32kbps, but it turns out to be 59kbps finally, and I don't know why, can anybody help me solve this problem?
Thanks in advance!

It seems the AAC format (or its implementation in this encoder) puts restrictions on the combination of sampling rate and bitrate.
Using 44100 Hz sampling requires more than 16 kbit/s per channel. It seems closer to 32 kbit/s per channel (64 for stereo) may be needed for 44100 Hz.
To achieve 32 kbit/s stereo in AAC, you may need to bring the sampling frequency down to 22050 Hz.
