I'm having similar problems. Right now, I'm trying to process a video through ffmpegx in order to then datamosh in avidemux. I'm using the presets found here http://www.court13.com/datamoshkit.zip . The video is a .mov, and after being processed loses it's audio. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
