Hi everyone, i am currently testing a video recording solution. My testing setup is as above.
The laptop is used to simulate as a camera video source input.
On the recording SW, the GOP size can be changed. A search on the internet tells me the GOP is a camera firmware setting.
Question:
Does changing the GOP size affect the quality of the video input provided by the stretch video capture card (to the recording SW)?
I am not interfacing with any camera in this case.
Looking forward to any help i can get to clarify my doubts.
Thanks!
