    I am trying to create a simple bin/cue of an MPEG-1 352 x 240 file NTSC format. When made with v1.1.4, burned then played on player it stretches to fit normal tv aspect ratio. How can I create with v1.1.4 so it is in letterbox or filled on top and bottom so I dont lose clarity?

    U need to use some decoder like TMPGEnc and change the aspect ratio to 16:9 525 NTSC.
    This is not a function of VCDEasy.
